茶師余章富による伝統的な足火の炭焙で仕上げられた梅占は、品種特有の力強い個性をしっかりと引き出しています。肥厚な茶葉からは、鮮やかで明るい紅色の水色が立ち上がります。ミネラル豊富な竹?の斜面で育まれた茶葉は、武夷の大地が持つ清らかさとエネルギーをそのまま映し出しています。

テイスティングノート：

しっかりとした濃厚な味わいで、?梅（ラメイ／ウィンタースイート）の香りが感じられます。杯蓋には熟した梅のような香りがはっきりと残り、抽出が進むほど甘酸っぱいニュアンスが際立ちます。三〜四杯続けて飲むと、体が内側から温まり、じんわり汗ばむような強い「気」の作用が感じられます。余韻ははっきりと甘く、長く心地よく続きます。

Note: Crafted by tea master Yu Zhangfu, this Mei Zhan is produced using a traditional full-fire charcoal roast, bringing out the cultivar’s bold character. The leaves are thick and robust, yielding a vivid, brilliant red liquor. Grown in the mineral-rich slopes of Zhuke, this tea captures the signature purity and energy of true Wuyi terroir.

Tasting Notes:

The tea delivers a rich, full-bodied flavor with a distinctive wintersweet (l?m?i) fragrance. The lid aroma reveals a clear, ripe plum note that becomes more pronounced as the tea opens up. After three to four cups, a warming sensation spreads through the body, often bringing a light sweat?an expression of the tea’s strong qi. The finish is sweet and persistent, with a satisfying and unmistakable hui-gan.
