武夷山の本格的な正岩核心区の崖深くで栽培された希少な岩茶で、主に地元の茶農家の間で知られる茶です。「岩乳」という名前は、崖の隙間に蓄積した石の精華（石乳）に由来し、茶葉の淹れた際の自然なミルク香を示しています。この茶は武夷山茶研究所副所長・陳振英先生によって手がけられ、ライチ木炭でゆっくりと8〜10時間焙煎され、岩茶のミネラル感と石乳由来のまろやかさが際立つ仕上がりです。

テイスティングノート：

抽出すると、花や果実の爽やかな香りに、炭焙煎によるやわらかい松の煙の香りが混ざり合います。茶湯は透き通った橙黄色で、口に含むと滑らかで、舌先にすぐに甘みが広がります。喉を通るにつれて岩韻（Yan Yun）が現れ、崖で育った特有のクリーミーなミルク香と調和します。数煎目には石乳の香りがより深く際立ち、鉱物的な甘みと美しく融合します。余韻はすっきりとして長く続き、武夷山核心区のテロワールを感じさせる上品な味わいです。

Note: Grown deep within Wuyi’s authentic Zhengyan core zone, Yanru is a rare cliff-grown rock tea known mainly among local farmers rather than commercial markets. The name comes from the “stone nectar” humus found in the cracks of the cliffs, reflected in its naturally occurring milky aroma. This batch is produced and roasted by Teacher Chen Zhenying, Deputy Director of the Wuyi Mountain Tea Research Institute, using lychee wood charcoal and a slow 8?10 hour roast, highlighting both mineral depth and signature nectar-like softness.

Tasting Notes:

The tea opens with fresh floral and fruity aromas intertwined with a soft pine-smoke hint from the charcoal roast. The liquor is a clear orange-yellow, smooth on entry, with sweetness appearing immediately at the tip of the tongue. Layers of rock rhyme (yan yun) unfold through the throat, followed by a gentle, creamy milky fragrance unique to its cliff-grown environment. After several infusions, the nectar-like aroma becomes deeper and more defined, merging beautifully with the mineral sweetness. The finish is clean, persistent, and deeply satisfying?an elegant expression of Wuyi’s core terroir.
